The source of initial funding for the Start-up Business will be from the founder’s savings. The total capital needed for the launch of the business and to develop the infrastructure is £105,142.25. I have £50,000 in hand for the initial injection on business. Hence, we require £55,142.25 from the investors for running the cost of the business.

In the 1st year, we are expecting a loss of £48,792.25 as we would be needing the first six to eight months for product development, business establishment, and setting up an office. We will have only a quarter of the year remaining to perform sales and smooth operations. In the 2nd year, we are expecting a profit of £24,295.75 with growth in the business and to reach the breakeven point as sales will pick up due to extensive sales and marketing efforts. In the 3rd year, we are expecting a profit of £64,145.62. Consequently, in the 4th year, the business will be in the maturity stage and is expected to make £135,212.55 in profit. In the 5th Year, we are expecting £197,396.11 profit and to achieve ROI starting from the 4th year onwards.
