Augmented reality will give a more accurate view of the homes and buildings structure because it provides a more precise 3-D view of the 2-D drawings, which are very complex to interpret and understand.Contractors will be categorized as per their field of operation, for example road contractors, building contractors, maintenance contractors, interior designers and etc. This will indeed make it easier for end users to efficiently select the contractor they are looking for or to directly consult with them through the network.Vendors and contractors with construction skills and that are seeking to bid on city, county, state and federal construction contracts, they will be enabled to increase local government & NGO contract opportunities with BuilderUs. This will be a two-step process where technical submissions of qualifications from Architect-Engineer firms will be reviewed, and the vendors/ 4 contractors with the strongest technical and innovative proposals will be interviewed in order to develop a list of finalists. The firms will be ranked based on their technical qualifications, and negotiations conducted with the top-rated firm for the contract award.
